WRAPAROUND FINANCING DISCLOSURE
The parties acknowledge and agree that the transaction is structured as wraparound financing. The sellers retain a vendor's lien and the purchaser agrees to make monthly payments to the sellers, who shall be responsible for making payments on any existing underlying indebtedness.

The purchaser acknowledges that:
1. The sellers are providing financing in the form of a wraparound note secured by a deed of trust.
2. The sellers are not acting as a bank, mortgage lender, or licensed financial institution.
3. This transaction is a private financing arrangement between the parties.
4. The purchaser should review all documents carefully and may wish to consult with legal counsel.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Facilitator Fee: $11,700 payable to REI Professions LLC
Seller Good Faith Payment: $3,900 (2%)

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
