Balloon Payment Due: 10 years from closing

PAYMENT TERMS
Monthly payments of $1,505.53 (principal and interest) shall be due on the first day of each month, beginning on the first day of the month following the closing date. Payments shall be applied first to interest, then to principal.

SECURITY
This Note is secured by a Wraparound Deed of Trust on the property described above. The Note is wraparound in nature, meaning it encompasses and is senior to any existing underlying financing on the property.

PREPAYMENT
Borrower may prepay this Note in whole or in part at any time without penalty.

DEFAULT
If any payment is not paid within 15 days of its due date, a late fee of 5% of the unpaid amount may be charged. If default continues for 30 days after written notice, the entire unpaid principal balance, together with all accrued interest, may be declared immediately due and payable at the option of the holder.

GOVERNING LAW
This Note shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
